Continuously operating separator screens (TR/TRE) have proven their worth when it comes to carefully transporting castings while at the same time separating them from adhering sand and sand lumps. To release even big casting boxes (one-off unit casting) shake-out grids are used without conveying functions. Optionally, you can influence the operation of the separating grids during the process with the help of an electronic adjustment of rpm and angle of throw with a view to obtaining optimum separation.
